The KONO Project is located in an area of historic production, approximately 300 km east of Freetown.
The project comprises 10 Mineral Claim Blocks, consisting of 2 owned by OVERAX and 8 which are under option. Total production from the KONO mines is up to 10 tonnes/month of tantalite concentrate, containing >30% Ta2O5.
